Monthly salary (bruto): 1920.00 to 2880.00 €  
Specific salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements. 
          • Act as the first point of contact and trusted advisor for Team and Division Manager on people related questions;
          • Successfully implement HR processes and tools at the Division Managers level, such as workforce planning, onboarding, talent management, competencies development, etc. in close collaboration with HR Leadership Team;
          • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
          • Identify future needs of competencies and ensure necessary actions to fill the gaps;
          • Proactively follow up on deliverables supporting strategic agenda;
          • Represent business unit with HR Leadership Team and vice versa communicate HR-related decisions at Division level;
          • Support or lead special projects, facilitate local workshops to support business requirements.
          • Create significant value to the business development and company’s growth;
          • Use privileges and achieve your goals with company support;
          • Participate in all corporate events, internal and external training;
          • Develop your career both in vertical and horizontal direction
          • At least 3+ years of successful record as HR Manager or HR Business partner;
          • Good knowledge of the HR processes;
          • Analitic thinking with an ability to systemize and process a big amount of information;
          • Eager to implement his/her ideas, based on future HR trends and the best practices;
          • Fluent written and spoken English and Lithuanian, Russian/Polish would be an advantage.
