We are looking for an experienced WMS SYSTEMS ANALYST responsible for performing analysis, modifications, and daily functional support on warehouse management system. This position will work closely with Information Technology and Business partners to understand business requirements and ensure that developed and purchased applications properly function to meet business needs across the organization. Our perfect candidate is sharp, quick-minded team player, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills developed through academic and working experience.

          • Serve as the primary liaison between the business and IT for understanding, defining and developing business processes and practices within WMS related to the Operations business area;
          • Present technical subjects/issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences;
          • Identify possibilities for optimization and improvements of IT applications;
          • Collaborate with software development team: prepare functional specification material and ensure fluent requirements delivery process;
          • Gather requirements and process information through meetings, interviews and observations;
          • Challenge business needs and requirements - align them to IT capabilities and ensure continuous communication;
          • Manage and govern tasks/ projects;
          • Contribute to testing and documentation processes, user trainings;
          • Provide timely and accurate reporting to upper management and other stakeholders.

          We expect that you
          • 2-5 years of direct work experience in supporting warehouse applications (Axapta, Equinox, Navision, etc.);
          • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
          • Software development lifecycle and Agile methodology knowledge;
          • English and Russian language skills: fluency in verbal and written communication, including technical writing;
          • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Systems Analysis, or related field or equivalent work experience;
          • The ability to work well across departments and in a team environment;
          • Logistical thinking, good sense of system functions/data relevance.
