We are currently looking for an ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PARTNER who would join our Organizational development team and take on challenge of managing various developmental projects and practices.

          Responsibilities
          • Contribute to the implementation of Girteka Logistics Organizational Development strategy;
          • Work closely with the Organizational Development Manager to deliver key projects and training programs that will drive both cultural and behavioral change across company;
          • Contribute to the Onboarding, Performance Management and Succession Planning, Career Path implementation and other organizational development initiatives; own several of these processes and manage their implementation in the organization;
          • Work closely with HR Business Partners to increase capacity of employees through the identification of best practices, systems and programs that will increase effectiveness and business results;
          • Conduct training needs assessments, recommending and implementing programs to support key skills development;Periodically conduct after-action reviews on solution implementations to ensure fit for purpose has been achieved and consistency and quality are being delivered.

          Requirements
          • Have at least 5 years of Organizational Development experience in an international company in such or similar fields as Onboarding, Performance Management and Succession Planning, Career Path implementation, Leadership development, Change management and/or HR communications;
          • Have demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence and gain commitment of business stakeholders, and to provide guidance, drive change and produce results through others;
          • Exceptional analytical skills and capacity for critical thinking, organization skills, project planning, working to meet specific timelines and deliverables and regularly communicate progress against goals;
          • Have passion for challenges and high achievement orientation;
          • Are fluent in English language and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; other languages are a plus.
